Return Policy
Mighty Collectibles accepts all returns provided that they have been requested within 7 business days and that the item has not been opened and in existing manufacturing.
Returns options:
- You can change your mind at any time when you place an order on or before we ship your order. (Pre-orders not included) If we have shipped your order before you change your mind, you can send your item back within 14 days after you receive the item. Shipping costs for return items will be covered by the customer.
- If the item was shipped incorrectly, we require you to return the item and the cost of the shipment will be covered in its entirety by Mighty Collectibles.
Returns generally take 2-7 business days to reach us. Once received, your return request will be processed via the original payment method used. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
Warranty
Mighty Collectibles aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us within 7 days. We will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We also request that you take a photo showing the defect/fault to speed up the process and ensure you receive the correct replacement part.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping
Mighty Collectibles uses Australia post & Couriers for all orders. The delivery times can vary from 2 to 8 business days, but in most cases, you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date.
